Fitness festival — metrics +15

Every Tuesday during this festival has been a day to test our progress and push our limits. Today, let’s see if we can add 15 reps to our original measurements from October 2nd. It might be too much. It might not be enough. The only way to know is to try.

  1. “After” picture. Let’s do it now, even though we aren’t 100% done with the challenge. For full effect, wear the same outfit as in your Before picture.
  2. Situps. Do as many as you can in 1 minute. Make a note of that number.
  3. Pushups. Do as many as you can. No need to time yourself.
  4. Balance. Stand on one foot with the other foot touching your leg (aka tree pose). Time yourself to see how long before you topple. Then do it on the other side.
  5. Touch your toes. Can you reach the floor? Ask a friend to snap a photo of you from the side so you can compare to your earlier picture.
