It’s Sunday and another chance to meet with friends and do something together. If you are stuck for ideas, how about a workout together?

These 90 partner workout moves are sure to challenge you both. Some are pretty easy. Others are wicked hard. If you and your friend are mismatched in size, weight or fitness levels, you can still do many of these moves.

There is plenty of opportunity for giggles and bruises here. Be careful not to kick your friend in the head if you try the lift overs, for example. Take care of your partner’s safety and she’ll take care of yours.
